That would be martial law. Has to do with using the military to enforce law. I'm not sure how this would work here since we have a law specifically against using the military as a police force. I'm guessing the National Guard would be brought out like they did for civil rights problems, and during Vietnam.
I got 8/10! Didn't know Battle of the Bulge or Gulf of Tonkin Resolution. But I have finally learned when the Civil War occurred! If you take enough of these tests, apparently, you will remember.
