The easiest, fastest way to increase the "overall" number of women to vote republican, is to get more black females to vote republican, an even split among black females, and the overlall majority of women will be republican . Pretty simple really. You have to reduce the 10-1 democrat-repubican black female vote, to 50-50.

If you dont want to get the black female vote, then its going to be tough all over, and the immigrants will have the deciding votes.
