Our Apple Cheddar Chicken Dinner starts with a large chicken breast fillet stuffed with cheddar cheese and freshly sliced golden delicious apples that have been spiced with cinnamon and sugar. Then this stuffed fillet is covered with gently crushed buttery Ritz® crackers and baked to a delicious golden brown finish. Once baked in the oven, we’ll cover the stuffed fillet with a made-from-scratch sharp cheddar cheese sauce. We’ll complete this dinner by serving it up with your choice of two country vegetables plus biscuits or corn muffins.
