If clinton *did* order a cover up, then it ordered it TO someone & SOMEONE else carried it out. Where are these people & how long will they remain silent? Why no rumors, leaks?

Loyal Clinton confidants or ordinary officials keeping quiet for fear of swift Clinton revenge (examples: Jennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, Linda Tripp,
Kathleen Willey, Juanita Broaddrick, maybe even Vince Foster or Ron Brown?).
