Alabama Supreme Court is an elected body here - I am 75% sure it is currently all Republican (I may have to call a step-out here though - I remember hearing that ONE might be an I or D). Even if 1 is different - this court will rule based on the LETTER OR THE LAW, not some cockeyed interpretation of it.
PLus if Dirty Don doesn't like that he can go to the 11th Circuit (OOPS that is not the Liberals friend either), but he could also go to SCOTUS (OH wait they already ruled in one election case this year that they won't get involved in STATE ELECTIONS) -- oh well to bad so sad -- BYE BYE DON
The Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court is ROY MOORE. Unlike the Florida Supreme Court, the Alabama Supreme Court would never let anyone steal an election.
