When Perdue/Barnes were winning their respective races, and there were about 70-80% of precincts reporting, Judy Woodruff chimes in, saying "Well, all of these results were from rural Georgia. (emphasis on rural) Atlanta hasn't been called yet. She looked and sounded like she was about to cry!
