The argument against "It's my body" is that, no, it's not your body. It is not your appendix or your kidney. It is a separate person's body that happens to be IN your body. Just like if you put kids in your car, you are not then entitled to shove your car into a lake with the kids in it. Even if it's YOUR car and YOUR kids.
