The RAT machine in Kentucky continues to crumble. (Note: this is the guy that married Miss America Heather French.)
Statewide elections next year, looks like another Georgia on the way!

The RAT machine in Kentucky continues to crumble. (Note: this is the guy that married Miss America Heather French.) And what's really disgusting is that she switched her party affiliation from Republican to commiecrat after the engagement was announced........

Hmmm! Maybe there might be a Controlling Legal Authority for the Rat Criminals in office.
No wonder they hated John Ashcroft so much.

Strange, our local rag had an article about this but neglected to mention any political affiliation. Maybe they just didn't know he was a Democrat crook. Sorry, I guess that is redundant.

Well, if you know Kentucky, the political affiliation is obvious. Kentucky has had only one Republican governor in my lifetime, and never a Republican lieutenant governor to my knowledge. This despite a Congressional delegation that is now 7-1 Republican, with the only Rat possibly about to switch parties. This imbalance can't go on forever, just like it couldn't in Georgia. With Patton and now Henry imbroiled in legal troubles, and popular Rep. Ernie Fletcher likely to run, I am finally getting optimistic about a "regime change" in Kentucky!

Yeah. Medicare and Medicaide frequently go on strictly political witch hunts. </sarcasm>

Depends on the definition of the word present. Guess he could always claim that he was thinking about the operation, therefore he was present mentally.

Is Lt. Gov. Henry of KY related to the new Democrat governor in OK, Brad Henry?
To: Dems_R_Losers
Interesting. I thought this story had pretty much died out. Another big blow for the KY RATS.
This can't do anything but help Jim Bunning in the Senate race and increase the GOP's chances of gaining the governor's mansion in '04.

Rep. Ernie Fletcher likely to run,I hadn't heard this. That's great news.

Not only that, but she is supposed to be a big veteran supporter(her father is retired and disabled Marine), but the Vietnam memorial in Kentucky REFUSES to fly the POW/MIA flag over that monument (an issue veterans have fought for years and one Heather swore she would rectify).
Politics, corruption, deceit...the Amerikan way, eh?
Love your country;
Fear your government!

Under federal regulations, supervising doctors must be present during surgery to legally bill the two government programs for their time Interesting. When the residents screw up the operation, who do you sue: the guy with the knife in his hand; the supervising doctor; or the hospital?? Yeah, I know, all of them, especially the guy with the insurance.
But the guy standing on the sidelines gets paid, is he then responsible?

Oh yes, Dr. Fletcher has been quietly putting together an organization and raising money for several months. Now he can run as the CLEAN doctor! Tee hee.
The only bad part of this is that a liberal was elected Mayor of Lexington and would have a pretty good shot at Fletcher's seat in 2004 if he runs and wins. But it would be worth losing this seat in Congress to gain the governorship. Fletcher would be a shoo-in for Bunning's Senate seat in 2010.

Dr. Henry's lawyer, Bixler Howland, disputed the $60,000 figure, saying medical bills and records showed that the state lost only $27,000. Hmmmmmm .. could someone explain to this lawyer .. the point is the Doctor ripped off the State regardless of the amount
And the last I knew .. it is still a no no ..

Since his wife is a news anchor, did anyone catch how she reported this?
To: Dems_R_Losers
If Theresa Isaac runs for the seat, she's toast. She'll face Scott Crosbie likely again, and she will perhaps narrowly carry Fayette County like she did in the mayor's race, but she will lose the rest of the counties in the district.

good catch, trying to focus on what the state lost, not what medicare lost.
I also liked:"We're not dealing with any crime," Dr. Henry said. "If I had done anything wrong, they would have me in criminal proceedings.

Do I sense a new Democrat mantra?
