The pair is blamed in 21 attacks, 14 of them fatal. 10 D.C. sniper killings + Tacoma + Tucson + Atlanta + Montgomery, AL + Baton Rouge = 15. I wonder whether Latham just forgot one of these, or is leaving one out for some reason.
And that's 15 so far that we know about. I wonder what the eventual total will be.
