Hell, I've been treated worse on Southwest. Lots of legroom, no kid kicking the back of your chair, no drunk salesman trying to make conversation—by the standards I've experienced, these guys had a pretty nice flight. As an added bonus, these guys are Arabs, which means the passenger screeners probably let them through unchecked.

My 87 year old mother and 86 year old mother in law love to fly SW, but they are tough Americans.

My three year old grand daughter had to take her shoes off before a SW flight ( due to the security bozoette). When it was over she threw one of her shoes at the bozoette and hit her with the shoe.

My son just flew home to visit via SW and had a great flight. The last thing he remembered was hearing the flight attentdant saying over the PA, "You are very Sleepy, and you don't want anything to drink nor our cheap peanuts to eat!" The next thing he knew the plane had landed on time and his luggage as usual was waiting for him at the baggage center.
