Nothing electronically sent can't be traced.

But it can be very, very difficult. Do a web search on QuickSilver. It's a pretty hard system to crack. There is an entire network of anonymous remailers in different countries, using encrypted and message padded links to pass anonymous emails between legal jurisdictions. If anyone knows someone that has traced a QuickSilver message, I'd like to know about it.
