The NOW crew has a pathological NEED to be raped, repeatedly. It helps confirm in their minds that all men are scum. And any attepmt to 'empower' them to defend themselves must be met with extreme prejudice because that would lessen the chances that they might actually be raped and once again confirm their own prejudice.
