Yes that is true, and it applies to more than car jacking. It could be a young hitch-hiker picked up by the wrong people.
I believe it is called crime scene one and crime scene two.

That's what all the experts say. I'm surprised they don't teach this in the schools. It's one key element to keep a child alive.
