I read an article from a Mexico City newspaper, this morning on FreeRepublic, that inferred that Fox had been doing some backroom negotiating with the Democrats on a migrant worker agreement and that they were disappointed with the election results because of this.

Now who do you think would have been negotiating with a foreign country behind Bush's back?
