This will be even harder to do than you imagine, in my opinion. The young are being indoctrinated by the poison the author mentioned and it is pervasive. Books like "A People's History of the United States" by Howard Zinn are atrocious garbage but are routinely assigned. [I am only half way thru this monumental leftist/communist rant because its all I can do to keep from ripping it to shreds.]
The problem is that we will have raised a generation who ONLY know what the Left teaches. The memories of WW2, the Revolution and even the meaning of the Civil War will be lost because no one is teaching them. Instead, America will be viewed as just another country, certainly nothing special. That too is an objective of the Left because it advances the proposition that everyone is just as important as everyone else[part of the one world theme.]
somehow, we have got to reverse this but I do not know how to do it. Even Bush falls into their trap by urging billions to be spent on education. The problem is that we will spend the billions to teach that America is evil. We will teach our children to hate this land with our own money. How sad; how sad.

It's funny you should mention education. There was a discreet little "leak" this morning about Jeb Bush's plan to deal with the Amendment 9 debacle here in Florida. This amendment limits the class size for students in "public" schools. We've now heard that his "devious plan" (as McLoser called it) is to go full force with vouchers and actually pay for students who are low income and stuck in "overcrowded public schools" to go to private schools instead of building new public schools and adding more NEA administrators and teachers to the dole. If this is true, it's brilliant. It would be the logical move and help re-educate the young skulls full of mush away from the corrupt NEA socialist agenda.

I'm not convinced "W" is on the DOE bandwagon, although we began to hear rumblings about better funding for the DOE not long after inauguration. It doesn't follow his strong assertions during the campaign that control of pulik skools belonged at the local level. We need to follow this apparent contradiction closely. There must be some underpinnings there we don't see....like the NEA???

The problem is that we will spend the billions to teach that America is evil. We will teach our children to hate this land with our own money. How sad; how sad.

True enough if we don't defund the DOE. Even then the RATS will need to be removed from the local school boards and state DOE's. The slime is everywhere!
