When the alarm went off this am and I heard NPR announce 'GOP takes Senate,' I refused to put on the Today show so I wouldn't see Russert's bloated puss. Driving to work, refused to listen to talk radio (I live in North Carolina and didn't want to hear about 'Liddy' that lying bitch. The people in NC are going to be pissed when what few manufacturing and textile jobs that remain leave the state and Dole doesn't do squat to stop Bush from giving them to Turkey and Pakistan in return for their support in the war on terra.) I was so depressed at work, even listening to Malloy didn't help. Won't watch Crossfire, just to avoid Tucker and Novak beaming. Won't have tv on O'Reilly because watching him gloat would be unbearable. And Hardball, won't ever watch that show again with Mathews and supreme whore Fineman. I wonder if cable news channels ratings will drop since Democrats are such a nonentity and don't make interesting opponents. There is always celebrity crime (Winona Ryder/Robert Blake). Thank God for this Forum.

Good post, blackdog. But I fear you may further inflame the liberals with such daring. LOL.

"Am I crazy or didn't Clinton also support NAFTA? ;-)"
You need to remember that klintoon has never supported ANYTHING, other than his own personal ambitions. He merely proposed ideas (Of course he can't take credit for that because, after all, it was algore that invented trial balloons!).
He talked out of both sides of his mouth regarding NAFTA

"I am hurting so bad. I know I'll be better once I sober up but goddess, I really believed we'd do better than this."
I'm not nearly through with this one. This will give me the giggles for quite some time!

By the way, I sent it in, and it got a mention on Best of the Web today. Good job! Should we tell the DUrs, or will that just reinforce their belief that the media is a giant cog in the VRWC?

Just what is it you do 70 times 7? Gosh, that is a lot! And why do you do it?
To: Physicist
It gets better. On the "West Wing" thread, they are saying stuff like, "It made me cry" and "I wish I could live in TV land". These guys do live in TV land, or maybe Bizarro World.

...dejected...
This liberal creep in my office was in the coffee room loudly proclaiming his utter dismay as though America was going to end. It's a nice office full of engineers.
He pondered aloud how many Democrat CEOs their are and how the prosecution of the corrupt ones (presumably Conservative Republicans) would never be held accountable now.
Then he started rambling almost incoherently and full of hate about the successful CEO who bought 6000 acres in Georgia or somewhere. Loud obnoxious Anti-Capitalism now directed at some poor shmuck who made the mistake of wanting a cup of coffee at the wrong time and nodding his head yes to something and winding up the focus of his soap box breakdown.
Man, it was beautiful. The jealousy, the hate, his torchered soul, all of it.

His wife(?) avoids all things sexual... After years of reading FR, I've figured out that Hillary is an asexual lesbian who was shtupping Vince Foster.

"If we only had more strong, committed progressives like Phil Donahue" Oh, Lord, that even trumps the DUfus who (I swear I am not making this up) said that the Democrats should bring Jimmy Carter out of retirement and run him for President again.

You left out "Where on FR do you see some permutation of the F-word directed at opponents about a half dozen times per paragraph?" Sheesh, the potty-mouths they have over in the DUmpster....

Where else do you find people that happen to think differently called demon-spawn, sons of satan, devil-worshipers, druggies, bong addled libertarians Admittedly, Kevin Curry and Cultural Jihad make FR look bad, but they don't sink quite so low as the vulgarity spews commonly found in the DUnghill (see Msg#125 for an example).
