He knows he's appreciated. He refused to give any media interviews about the Broward County recount. He donated the magnifying glass to the Smithsonian. Without him the recount would have gotten out of control, with Suzanne Gunsberger and some gay judge calling ballots for Gore by the dozen. The photo of Bob was never properly explained to the public. Unfortuantely he became the poster boy for all that was bad about the 2000 election.

You know I knew he was a Republican and one of the good guys. I think it was explained during the recount. Anyway, God bless him.
