I am nearly bereft, I tell you.
Where IS that bad little boy, biting lip fellow, allowing at least three tears to trickle down his cheek for the camera to record?

I want to see the real tears today!!!
Wanna see him slam down the telephone receiver when Terry tries to call - - -
See him hiss at Hillary!!

Sure wish he would stay AWOL.
Maybe he and the beast will retire in the hills of Arkansas. Hope to not see his ugly face again.

"In one word, the main reason the Democrats suffered defeat: Clinton. The party seems hopelessly in the grips of the Leftwing, Disreputable Clintons ( That's Plural) and their minions".

I nominate this for "Perfectly Pithy Statement of the Day".

The Democrats need to turn to new leaders, people like Joe Lieberman

LIEberman was just as unprincipled, untruthful and opportunistic as The Goron during the 2000 election. LIEberman and The Goron CHOSE to make a Faustian Bargain with The Rapist because they believed he would help them hang on to power. Now the unpleasant part of their bargain with The Prince of Darkness is coming home to roost, and they want to get out of it. Sorry, losers, it doesn't work that way.

Chris Ruddy is a much better writer than this disorganized column indicates. Maybe he was up all night and turned this one in better hitting the sack.

But on Tuesday, America rebuked the Clintons and the Democratic Party.

Come on, tell it like it really is...not a rebuke, but a body-slam.
Where Clinton threw Dick Morris on the floor, the American people returned the favor yesterday.
(heck, my wife, with the flu, managed to cast her first-in-a-lifetime party-line ballot between vomiting episodes - she said it was SOOO worth it - I converted her from DNC affiliation 8 years ago)

It was SmackDown

It was a old-fashioned-behind-the-woodshed whippin'

It was affirmation of the 2000 election

It was beautiful

It was poetry

Okay, you are making me think you don't care very much for these people. I don't know who you support, but I like your choice of enemies.

The Democrats need to turn to new leaders, people like Joe Lieberman and Zell Miller, if the party wants to ever be back in power.

I want to say what a class act Bush is. He issed a statement through Fleischer this AM that the parties need to cooperate.

He can say it but lets hope he doesn't do it ---cooperation isn't what the voters want, they want lower taxes and less government.

I agree. My point was that Bush was being humble and classy, unlike the last guy. I hope Lott and his weak crew can stick it to em.

In one word, the main reason the Democrats suffered defeat: Clinton.

Someone once said that the Clintons were like a tornado, forever leaving a path of destruction in their wake. How true.

Is it possible that the DNC will now dump Terry McAuliffe, Bill and Hillary and Al Gore? Seems to me most democrats have finally awakened from the nightmare called the Clinton years and seen the light.

Party boy Clinton and his enabling, power hungry wife are about to get the boot from America and it is way past time. I hope their fall is long and painful. The media, all of it, are pretty much side stepping the main issue the democrats lost, The Clinton Factor. The nation is more than tired of this rabble and appreciates the class and character President Bush is showing and has shown. Laura Bush is a magnificent First Lady, something Mrs. Clinton never was or could be if her life depended on it. Character and leadership is what it is all about and this White House has it.

America’s elections were rarely suspect until this trash took over. This mid-term election was under the microscope for fraud and it was the DNC that the world was looking at for that pastime. Democrats could not win an honest election, they never have. History will show the two Clinton wins were fraudulent.

You're right on the mark. Holy Joe knew full well constitutional law was being broken and did nothing to stop it. Algore was probably bending Joe's fingers backwards to stop him from jumping ship. No, Lieberman is no leader!
