Great point about the judges, I forgot about those (I bet that's first on the your agenda!). Blocking those items were essential in some cases, politics in others. As for blame, I think there is plenty to go around, but we need to get off our duffs and get back in this thing instead of pointing fingers...With that said, Daschle had to become more liberal than even he would want to satisfy the rank and file. SD democrats are about as republican as you can get and still wear blue...
