I wouldn't count it over yet for MN...take a look at the total number of Senate ballots tallied and compare that to the number of voters tallied.

The difference between the two is 212,737, meaning that there are still 212,737 senate ballots to count on top of the remaining 1% or so of ballots...For example in washington county, the numbers are old, but telling...as of 0249 CST, 82 of 84 precints had reported results from Governor, state senate, etc...., but only 24 precints had sent in Senate results.
