So is it a Democrat majority now, or is it a Republican plurality? Does the new House vote or does the lame duck House?

This if fantastic. The only seat the Dums managed to take was just because the Repub left his wife. The Democrat Party's best platform is fidelity apparently lolol.

Looks like a strong Dem majority. The Senate will be 18-12 Democrat. Not sure about how the numbers in the house will shake out, but it will not be good.

Both new houses will vote for the Governor and Lt Gov (separate elections in VT).
