Where are these additional ballots coming from? It was my understanding they were counting absentees AFTER the machine totals and THEN sending in results.

I understand that there will still be additional ballots to count, but if Coleman maintains a 4% lead when we get up to 100% of precincts reporting, I don't see how Mondale can overcome such a big lead.
