don't worry about NC just yet - they have this voting system there that keeps the voters from the pollsters so the exit polls are always way off. probably tighter than one might expect but I can't see the state that perpetually sent Jesse Helms to the Senate opting out for Erskin Bowles no less.

This is what happens when outsiders like the White House and the RNC pick one of their "insiders" as a candidate. Even Helms had close wins in NC,and it was the "crawl across broken glass" conservatives that bailed him out each time. Giddy Dolt doesn't inspire these people. At BEST,she is a RINO. The only reason she is doing as well as she is is because her opponet is Bowles.
