Do you know if Todd county is an Indian reservation as well? I am guessing it is since it went for Johnson 79 - 21%

Yes Todd Co has a reservation in it. The very high percentages for Johnson all have reservation on them, I was told the Daschle told one reservation that if they voted right they would get a new school.
