What's going on with TX all of a sudden. Fox is being "very cautious", and will not call it for the Repubs. I've heard about the voting problems, but does anyone local have more info. What is the real scoop on TX senate? Thnx

There were machine breakdowns in Tarrant County (Ft. Worth-Arlington). The votes are being hand-counted.

For some reason the conventional wisdom at the networks is that there are lots and lots of votes for Kirk in that batch. I don't see it. Tarrant County is pretty conservative.

The White House has been conducting its own exit polling, apparently, and they have already called to congratulate Cornyn, according to FoxNews' Jim Engle.

And the WH also insists that the Senate seat in MN is going GOP.

Four of our largest counties are having voter machine problems - Harris (Houston), Bexar (San Antonio), Travis (Austin), and Tarrant (Ft. Worth). Sanchez and Kirk say they will not concede until all these votes are counted. Ft. Worth is conservative, Houston and San Antonio have large minority populations, Austin has a lot of liberals.
