So can we conclude that a win for Chambliss over Cleland would be an upset (previously unforseen)? And would this upset negate the Lautenberg win (which was rightly Forrester's over Torrecelli)?
No, the way to look at it is that Lautenberg/Torricelli is a Dem HOLD, but Chambliss would be a GOP GAIN.
If/when they call that one, it is GOP up +1.
