I’m in California but since I’m British I don’t get the vote, talk about your “taxation without representation!”. :-)

I did manage convince my long-time girlfriend to register for the first time in her life and I’m proud to say that after work today she told me she will be going and voting a straight Republican pro-life ticket. I didn’t pressure her either way and I told her to vote her conscience.

Funny thing is her boss is a lifelong Dem and tried to convince her to vote Democratic by telling her how she needed to safeguard the right to abortion on demand. She told him she wanted a job, not an abortion.

OK, I'm ready for the long night ahead:
Pizza - Check
Mt Dew - Check
Fresh pack of cancer sticks - Check
TV on Fox News - Check

Voted Saturday in FL - pre-election touch screen absentee. It's so insanely easy that if there are ANY individual problems then the voters in question should be shipped to NM as poster children for their voting qualifications initiative.

Voted this afternoon here in District 5, Fulton County Georgia ... straight R. In the 2 races where there were only Democrat candidates (John Lewis, for example) I voted for the write in candidate 'Bob Smith' ... not sure who Bob Smith is, but I hope he doesn't mind me voting for him ... :)

Just voted in Alabama. straight R ticket of course ;-)

If my little precinct is any indication, Don sneakyman and the rest of DUMS are in for a long lonely night. We are in a Heavy REP area, and the polling place was busier than I have ever seen it! I have ever waited more than 2-3 people in line. Today there were at least 50 people in line in front of me, and when I got to the tables I noticed that well over 2/3 of the names were already marked as having voted.

Voted GOP in Florida.

Precinct was crowded at 5:45.Short wait. More coming in when I left. I asked a poll worker what the turnout was and he said "very heavy all day".

First time in three years that I saw the voters outnumber the poll workers! Go Jeb!

Got back from voting this afternoon! Mom went earlier, before work.

I dragged poorman down to the polling place and got him registered, and we both voted.

Didn't see any evidence of voter fraud; the place was low-key and turnout was light at 3:00 PM.

Louisiana here... Just back from proudly voting against Liberal Landrieu the RAT, and for Suzanne Terrell (Senate) and Billy Tauzin (Representative.) My girlfriend did the same too! No way Landrieu's winning this outright, and IMO, the 2 Republicans who don't come in first will unite solidly behind the frontrunner. Terrell's (and Perkins') radio ads have been good, and today I heard another Terrell ad sponsored by the Republican Party which was very aggressive toward Landrieu, and in a way that showed her for what she is. It pointed out that she does NOT represent the views of a conservative Bush state. It was pretty effective, and only the first salvo in what should be an interesting runoff, especially if the Senate majority hangs in the balance. Hopefully though, a Republican victory here will only pad the margin we pick up today!

Keep on rollin'!!!
