The U.S. move should come as no surprise to those who paid attention to news leaks this past summer about Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld

GORE ADMINISTRATION BOMBS YEMENI TERRORISTS"In Your Dreams"

Second, it opens up a whole new era of killing rather than capturing suspectsI really welcome this development. IMHO, there are far too many of these vermin still drawing breath (and munching on Fruit Loops) presently in our custody, but it would appear that valuable intelligence has been obtained as a result. But once all the "pieces" are in place, decisive action is demanded, and that was what occurred in this case. Keep just enough of the murder-breathing cockroaches alive so that the remainder of their ilk may be exterminated. Bravo!

"Many Yemenis may not like that the U.S. battle has hit home so violently...."
Yumpin' Yemeni!

Seeing the video on TV shot from the predator aircraft was just a total rush........I believe alot more of this type of thing is going on than has been made public, the question I am trying to answer for myself is, why was this particular victory made public, and why now? It likely has a specific purpose to send a particular message, but I can only guess. Here is a good spy novel scenario: we are talking with some one in the Iraqi military we want to groom to be saddaams friendly to us successor after we surgically remove saddaam and annihilate the imperial guard. He whines that hey, I would help but there is no way you could ever take him out even with your technology. Oh yeah? watch this.
