County election officials anticipate big turnout

A big turnout is expected at the polls Tuesday as Tennesseans elect a new governor and senator and decide on a state lottery to support college scholarships.
Sevier County will be no exception, if early voting is any indication. Liz Nichols of Sevier County Election Commission's staff said 5,790 people have already cast their vote - twice the 2,300 who voted early in August.
"I expect there will be a big turnout," Nichols said.
