Don't feel too bad for not getting to actually meet GW. I never did either. The closest I got was about 100 feet. The pictures I took were not with a telephoto lens so his head is tiny!! My sister felt so bad the pictures were so far away that she sends me postcards and Birthday cards with GW on them!!
To add insult to injury, my brother had a meeting in 2000 right before the election. He called me up and after the meeting, he got to meet Dick Cheney (the meeting was with a big RNC supporter). I was so jealous.
GW was just here in AZ recently but I couldn't go see him because I was sick and had to go to the ER with head to toe hives and an anaphylactic reaction.
