Well, we kinda thought that too, but she is still worried about backlash so it would probably be a good idea to keep it here for now. I mainly wanted to let the FReepers on this thread who had a little bit of a clue what was going on to have a chance to get more of the details without drawing a whole lot of general attention to this post. Once this is all over and the results of the election certified, then perhaps we can elaborate a bit but as long as there is a potential legal issue at stake it may be best to keep it low key.

I am expecting that the lawsuit would not be filed for a few reasons:

1) The RATS know they were violating the law.

2) The intimidation of stop_the_rats by NAACP operatives was witnessed by several independent people who could testify against them, requiring even more intimidation on the part of the NAACP. Even RATs don't want to open up this geometric can of worms.

3) The RATs won the senate seat, and saved the three RAT house seats, and Huckabees wife lost her race. These were the minimum outcomes the RATs wanted, other than Huckabee keeping the Governor's seat. So their venom to pursue further action has been placated somewhat.

4) RATs are all afraid of the light of truth, and any lawsuit they might file would add more light to an already partially exposed fraud scheme.
