FReeper "parsifal" manned the FReepmobile during the event and he insists that he was beaten senseless by a horde of rabid Rats but we have been unable to validate his claim since he seems somewhat senseless most of the time. (Just kidding. We love you parsy.)
Anyway, there are quite a few stories that we will share with you on this thread, but we need to get home. Some of us live a ways away. We took lots of pictures. At least a few of them should be up later tonight.

Good Post and good work Sweet Liberty and all of the rest of you. I am looking forward to hearing everything and seeing the pictures.
If the rats interfer with the poll watchers (Naacp) in the precinct that I will be working, they will have a lot of problems and it will really set off fireworks against the rats. Especially since this group believes that the Rats support them 100%.

"When Clinton arrived the Jehovah's Witnesses started leaving. At that time we didn't realize that there was another event going on and Travelgirl and The Battman asked one of the cops on duty why everyone was leaving. He responded, "if Clinton entered a room, what would YOU do?" Good question, IMHO, and quite apropos fer the present circumstances...what would YOU do?!
There is a CORRECT answer to this question, but I will withhold said answer until I've received some chatter from the hoi polloi...LOL!!

Great report. Can't wait for the pics. You guys were smart to figure out where to position yourself so that William the Impeached could see your signs. It brings back memories of the Gulf Coast Chapter FReep of the ex-Liar-in-Chief at the Oracle Apps World Convention in New Orleans on February 19, 2001. Although we received local, national, and even international publicity--Patriot1 was interviewed on CNN, MSNBC, etc., we did not actually encounter the impeached one. He slithered in an entrance that we didn't have access to and also left by this secret entrance. What a coward!
Congratulations again on your successful FReep!

There was a whopping 500 people or so there for the "event."Just heard on channel 7 news that "over 400 people attended," not 500!

Love the title.

Someone needs to contact the DOJ in Washington and let THEM know about this. They'll arrange to have people at the polls who can record all of this and bring charges against these "lawyers".

My son had the Oregon voters' pamplet sent on audio cassette.(he is a quad)
It took about 10 days to get to him (way to long I called twice).
When it came it was formatted to play only on a state issued player. (would of been nice for the office to clue us in)
Luckily he was staying at the local skilled nursing center this past week as "respite" for both us and they had one of these state issued players.
Even with the player the speed at the best adjustment was fast and sounded like a helium voice.
Well he studied the issues and was able to vote and since I mark the ballot according to gestures of yes or no with his head (he has no speech except pre recorded messages he accesses with a head switch so after 23 years we have worked out our own communication). I did not want to sway his voting and I could do that very easily with the way I gesture while reading to him. I cannot keep a straight face.
I was suprized how he voted but satisfied that it was independently done no matter how mucky getting the tapes and listening to the poor quality.
When he was younger (healtheir and I could still transfer him without a lift) he would go out and meet the folks running.
One dem. told him that he was really a conservative and ran on the D ticket because he knew he could win.

Democrats play dirty, cheat and lie. It's who they are.
Thanks for a great job. May God protect all our brave conservatives from the Democrat goons.
the whole focus was on how the evil Republicans are trying to keep them from voting. They were saying that we have all the poll watchers this election to prevent THEM from voting. Now, here is the clencher. They were told that there would be attorneys posted at every precinct to prevent poll watchers from challenging ANY ballots. Now, mind you, one of our poll watchers has already had massive problems with them at the polls during early voting the past couple of weeks and has been advised to retain an attorney. They have had the sheriff remove her from the polls twice when she had done nothing inappropriate...only challenging ballots for improper or no ID.

"Now more than ever the people are responsible for the character of their Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless, and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness, and corruption. If it be intelligent, brave, and pure, it is because the people demand these high qualities to represent them in the national legislature."--James Garfield
