In TX, the challanged voter, gets to vote but in a recount then the challenge will be verified and if not allowed the ballot envelope will be opened and the ballot # revealed (by a judge) and taken out of the count.
Also those lawyers will have to be poll watchers themselves to be allowed in and can't talk to anyone but the election judge. If they talk they can be thrown out by the election judge. Course if the election judge is a dem, they might not do it.
but the poll watcher should be allowed to challenge any voter that sounds reasonable to challenge. I think I wouldn't waste time at the point of the lawyer causing trouble but would call the local FBI.

Judging by the response I am wondering if this shouldn't be posted in breaking news. Is it possible to move it?

Careful. Best check all local, state and federal laws about taping anything. Remember all the trouble poor Linda Tripp got into over taping her own conversations. Well I'm not a lawyer, but that was a private conversation .. this wasn a public event
Besides wasn't it Newmax that had a recording of one of Clinton's speeches about Bin Laden

In TX, poll watchers are NOT allowed to have any recording devices, audio or video. So check with your Sec. of State to be sure, I'm not even sure if the workers can have recording devices.

This is so cool, sweet liberty!!!
I'll have to read the whole thread tomorrow. Nighty night - and Good Job!

The poll watcher in question has had multiple, uncalled for altercations and several illegitimate attempts have been made to have her removed.Yes, there are rumblings in the media about potential republican legal action in Arkansas already! That is why the Feds are here.
BTW, tell travelgirl to not take it too seriously. No sense having a coronary over a bunch of RATS!!!!
I have decided to encourage my son to become a LAWYER!!! AND SUE SOME OF THE SOBSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

"If I recall they are ALSO sending a boat load of Lawyers down to Florida .. most likely to do the same thing" I think we can count on it in every state where there is a tight race. Not only that, but thanks to Al Gore, every Rat loss where the race was close, you can count on them challenging in court.

Shouldn't the RNC and each state republican htq. be informed of this in an email that would get noticed? This isn't a joke-this is scary stuff. I never considered that the dem attorney's would be there to use their title, etc, to INTIMIDATE POLL WATCHERS out of challanging voters who DESERVE challanging. This is BIG STUFF.Here is what really gets me mad. If the Dems are organized enough to pull off all the voter fraud we hear and read about on a daily basis. And have attorneys at voting sites to intimidate legitimate poll watchers. Then where the Sam Hill is the RNC.

Yes, that is true but I think the law varies from state to state. In Maryland where Tripp was it was a problem, but in Florida or Georgia when that couple taped the cell phone converstion of Newt's it wasn't a big deal for them.

"we need to pray like crazy tomorrow and Tuesday that the evil one will be BOUND, and that the attempts of the Dems to perpetrate fraud and deceit would fail!" AMEN!

I have a feeling that is true everywhere.

Not only that, but thanks to Al Gore, every Rat loss where the race was close, you can count on them challenging in court. You know what is amazing .. they complain up a storm about the USSC and the 2000 election
But look who is running to the courts with all those lawyers .. I read that they have something like 10,000 out in force in the election???
I HATE DEMOCRATS!!!!
