I am sure this has been mentioned, but...

I was astounded by the slight-of-hand in the caption of the baby. The Caption reads:
At eight months, the baby gets ready for its grand entrance into the world

This would lead one to believe that this is an eight month old fetus in the picture. That is a four month old fetus. While, I guess, this is not technically a lie, it is at least an inappropriate caption. More probably, they didn't want the Time soccer-moms to be faced with the truth of what is routinely aborted.

That was my thoughts, exactly. A four week old does not exactly look like a glob of tissue.
