Here Here!! Let's not talk about age..... I am older than he {Mondale} is & if you live long enough you will be old to some day..I just think he is not too sharp & never has been. I can not under stand why he would come out of retirement to run again, It can only be for power & the big money we taxpayers pay them. Just don't talk about us senior citizens. We have paid our debt & earned our right to freedom. Memaw

No offense intended to those of "senior citizen" status, ma'am. :) My references to Mondale fit Mondale and were aimed at Mondale. I've known and have known of folks in their 90's who were sharper than this clown..............and I mean that literally.

It's not Mondale's age that matters, it's his old ideas. And those ideas would be old and unworkable if they came from a 20 year old. For some, (like you) wisdom come with age. For others ( like Mondale ), gray hair comes with age. You made the right call...

Mondale was the one who said Reagan was too old (Reagan was same age Mondale is now), and made the same claims about one of his opponents running for the senate. He also said he was too old when he announced he wouldn't run again. So he's either a liar or he's too old.
