President Bush hit the road again today to support Republican candidates in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire. First Lady Laura Bush also traveled the campaign trail by stumping in North Carolina and Georgia. The First Couple will continue traveling this weekend, heading to Florida and Minnesota this weekend. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

BTW, that agent is my absolute favorite out of all of them. He's always so serious, so intent and boy, has his taste in ties improved over the past couple of years.

You have our prayers, too, MamaB.
To: Miss Marple
I sorta borrowed this, too.

Thanks. How have you been? I have not posted any messages to you in quite a while.

Sounds like Coleman did really well in the debate. Mondale is a fool, trying to dodge the debates. I heard on the news (CNN, I think - I was channel surfing) that it is doubtful he will even agree to one! What a moron.
Coleman's going to win, Thune's going to win, and so is Talent. Those are my three picks. Plus, I think we defend all our incumbent and open seats. In addition, it's possible to take Georgia and maybe Louisiana in the runoff. Still hoping for a miracle in New Jersey. I CANNOT believe anyone would vote for Lautenberg. He's a dottering old fool. Guess he'll have Byrd to keep him company!

I think ohio has a birthday party to throw this evening. Then, my guess is, she will so pooped she will drop into bed. She's had a bit of excitment the past day or so. (g)
Something occured to me a few minutes ago as I was reading someone's report from Dubya's KY appearance. The Freeper was reporting about having to counter-protest some nasy protestors outside the gathering. You know, we didn't have a single protestor in Charleston last night. I hadn't thought about it, but that is remarkable.

Thank you, Miss Marple! The doom and gloom is running rampant on some of these threads, all right.

Their anniversary is actually the day of the election.

I know the feeling!!! When Lynn got married, I made all the bridesmaids' dresses and I think I finished the last one a few hours before the rehearsal. It was a lot of fun although tiring.

sorry I'm late.
I've got a feeling that when he is blessed with grandkids, he is going to spoil them rotten. And, I can also bet with certainty that those grandkids are going to adore Grandpa! (just like I did mine...)

All I know is that the dems have their panties in a bunch. They had to resurrect mondale out of his sarcophagus to run because they had no one else.
GW has had a plan since the beginning of his presidency. It is coming to fruition with this election. I am calm and confident. Voter fraud has been a problem in the past and I think that GW has figured out how to deal with it. He knows it goes on. Since Nov. of 2000, so does the entire nation, and we will be watching.
I have also noticed that the liberal left keeps spewing the same old mantra: save the environment, save the children, save social security. This mantra wears very thin when the nation is concerned about homeland attacks and losing jobs. Anyone who was paying attention since 2000 knows that Bush predicted both the economic recession and the growing threat of terrorism. Throw the funeral/pep rally on top of all of this and what happens? It energizes the republican base and the RATS stay home.
Most of the dems I know think that it's the republicans who are the corrupt party. They accuse us of covering up for the rich and powerful. But after I saw the DNC pep rally, I thought that now when the average dem sees the DNC, they see Clinton, Hillary, Gore, Mondale, and Carter. They see the grab for power is more important than honoring a dead man at his funeral. This has disgusted the moderate dems. This will not motivate them to vote, they will think that the dems are getting just as bad as the republicans and stay home.
So cheer up, my friend. Even if we do not win back the senate in this election, we have some politicians who are very motivated to work with our wildly popular president. We have never been in such a good position.

What was pressure was having one of the girls living out of town and I had no idea if her dress would fit until she got here!!! I use to sew a lot and designed and made a lot of pageant dresses. Now, it is cross stitching, crocheting and genealogy. Oh, I forgot! FR is important, too.
