Listen to the tape of Malvo calling the Rockville police department on Oct. 15th that's now been released. He says it says, "Call me God." I think the reports saying the card said, "I am God" were either misreporting, or deliberately skewed information from the police for the purpose of controlling the investigation.

It would seem one who thinks "I am God" would also say "Call me God" so I don't see why the wording matters in this context.
