We know that Kathleen Kennedy Townsend will brush it off as a "mistake", and voters don't put up a rukus thousands of legal ballots WILL NOT COUNT.

I thought the State Election Board handled the design and distribution of ballots, not the individual parties.

With the Dem fraud machine at full throttle this year, I say Ehrlich goes down 56-44. Hope I can eat those words, but I doubt it. Mont Co. and the Balt City will prevail despite all the usual media warnings/bemoanings of disgruntled black voters, etc.

Then maybe this will teach people not to take the easy way out and vote by absentee ballot.

Number one excuse for filing absentee ballot or not showing up at the polls: "I can't take the time from work."

According to law, your employer is required to allow you time to vote.

Number two excuse: "I'll be out of town on vacation/job/school." Vacation? This time of the year? snert! Job? See number one. School, well you register and vote in the state that you are going to school in.

Number three reason is that the American public is JUST PLAIN LAZY AND TO STUPID ABOUT THE ISSUES, ABOUT THEIR RIGHTS, ABOUT THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AMERICANS! And I am mad about that.

I am tired of listening to the bitching, whining and moaning from these people. They have abdicated their right when the shunned their responsibility at the voting booth.

State Election Board handled the design and distribution of ballots, not the individual parties

Actually, local boards design local ballots in FL hense the butterfly in Palm Beach. In any event, the errors are on the ballot request forms, sent out as a courtesy from the Republican Party. A simple 3 x 5 post card will also work as long as it has the correct info. Upon receiving a request with correct info, the Supervisor of Elections sends out a ballot. In this case, they will not send the ballot because the form did not have the required date of birth. Unless they live out of state, there is nothing to keep these voters from the poll on election day.

If you live in Maryland, please contact your local Republican party headquarters and volunteer to call people, or volunteer to drive them to the polls yourself.

When I attended college in Kentucky (20 years ago), I kept my voter registration and legal residency back in Texas mainly because it cost much less to register a vehicle in Texas than in Kentucky. That, and I really liked the notoriety of being the campus' token Texan.

It saddens me to say that I agree with you,only I don't thing the gap will be that wide. I predict a much closer race that is only settled by manufacturing votes at the last minute out of the black Dim strongholds. Without these votes KKT would lose. Ironically enough,the one thing that might save this race for the Republicans is the intervention of Bubbette!. She may see a Kennedy woman as a Governor as a threat to her own future political plans,and arrange to have KKT stabbed in the back at the last minute. All it would take would be a few cash bribes and whispers to the black preachers who control the black vote,and all those "extra" votes KKT is counting on will dissapear.

And oddly enough, a lot of folks in the city decided to only vote in the governor's race, and the rest of the ballot was untouched.
