"Wichita Massacre" murder trial "Ping List"

Here is hoping for a quick guilty verdict.

Jury deliberations should be the shortest part of this trial. However, the appeals process will allow these animals to live for another ten years.

Makes you wonder what might have been the outcome had the victims themselves been armed. Certainly not a shining moment for "gun control". Additionally, what man would (or 3 men) cower in a closet while their fiance was being raped? And whay have "hate crime" charges not been filed?

Fox News has had a reporter on the scene at the court house for the past two days at least, and he gives a report periodically. In fact he just finished a report.

All murder convictions, but especially capital murder convictions, go through extensive review in higher courts.

In a nutshell that's a big part of what's wrong with our criminal legal system. If there are serious procedural errors that could have led to a different verdict appeal should be granted.

But in cases like this all it does it let criminal turds live another 10 years at taxpayer expense.

I could be wrong, but it seems to me that Johnny Rocker's irrelevant statements drew far more outrage form the media and from the politicians that the horrific deads of the Carr brothers.

Incidentally, a Steve Campbell, writing for Albany (NY) Times Union, equated Rocker with Mike Tyson.
