It certainly can't hurt ... but, I doubt how much it will help considering that Montgomery County (where I live) is overwhelmingly socialist ... ur, I mean Democrat. Every vote will matter in this race. If Guiliani brings Ehrlich any new votes, it will help. Especially since the Dems have already tried (and possibly succeeded) in disenfranchising as many as 9000 GOP voters!!!
Giuliani may indeed have some appeal factor for the transplanted diaspora of NYers in Montgomery County.
