I did not watch much of this debacle nor did I hear what GF said, but I have to say I found the behaviour of the sons disgraceful.
I felt like I was watching a couple of people elated at the thought that they were jump starting there political careers. I could not believe these were people who had just lost their parents, not a week before. Of all the people present, they sickened me the most.

And here's another example of stupidity of some Republicans.
With even anchors of all three cable news networks questioning the propriety of the "circus" (CNN, MSNBC, FNC), some Republicans get their stupid faces on the TV and basically say "I don't see anything wrong with what they did". Scott Reed, a supposed GOP consultant said as much on CNN today. Senator Grams, and others.
Do they think for one damned minuted that, if the tables were turned, the DemocRATs wouldn't ALL try to keep up the momentum started by the networks? Geeeesh!

The crowd took their cues from the behavior of the "adults" on the Jumbotron-clinton horselaughing and high fiving,Hillary grinning ear to ear,(which isn't easy to do with all that Botox),Mondale looking like he was getting extra dessert at the home.As I said last night,I was surprised they weren't passing Wellstone around in a mosh pit and that clinton didn't lead everyone in the wave.I exorcised my revulsion at the site of clinton mugging on camera by going on line and donating all over- Coleman,Talent,Forrester and I will go back tonight and give to Allard-who has apparently come back up, in Colorado. Dick Morris said today on Fox that Liddy Dole will lose, Tim Hutchison will lose, Allard will lose. We can make a difference-get out the vote and contribute-every 5 or 10 dollars, multiplied by 100 people is important!!

Every rancid bar band from the mid-80s had a bass player who looked exactly like Mark Wellstone.

No Geraldine--you are wrong AGAIN! It was Mc Auliffe, the DNC and the Clintoons who are the perps that put the disaster together and made it run they way they wanted it to run. May it turn the true Dems in MN against the party hacks and switch their votes! (fat chance--they are socialists to the core)

Ah! After suffing themselves with credit at the expense of the dead victims, they now blame the relatives in order to get more credit. They don't get a clue that their behavior is disgusting. THey are not even aware of their evil, so dead they are. Someone call the exorcist!

Gerry is putting the service last nite in the best possible light.
For those two sons to behave in that way and show such disrespect for their parents and sister is disgusting. Wellstone and his wife must not have had time to teach them much, or at least it didn't take. As grown men they should certainly know better than to allow what happened last evening.
They are pathetic.

G.F is a disgusting old lib witch. She was on O'Reilly several months ago. She said she has terminal cancer. In the same breath she dissed G.W. I could not believe it. They hate the pubs right to the end. Go figure.

To: dead; Redleg Duke
Geraldine Ferraro, on FoxNews, just blamed the unfortunate tone of the Wellstone memorial on his sons. She says they selected the speakers and ran the whole show.So tell me, Duke--in light of what you overheard yesterday on the Acela train, how full of sh!t is Geraldine?

The whole place looked like a good place for an AL-Oaeda bombing. Friggin Democrats

This is all lies. Wellstone's campaign (manager?)...I forget his name....already took the blame and apologized. Publicly. Two days ago.

She says they selected the speakers and ran the whole show. And another thing...how does she explain the fact that Trent Lott was booed by the whole assembly when he got up to eulogize Paul Wellstone?
Does she think the sons passed out Benjamins before the pep rally to get folks to boo?
To: dead
That's the Clintonista democrats for you. Shame, shame, shame on you, you has-been politico.
To: arete
She actually claimed that the Democratic Party would never have run it in such a fashion. She claimed they even would have asked Ventura to speak! Boy that witch knows this backfired! Now the Wellstone boys know how quickly theyll throw you overboard if things dont go so well.Remember what I said about the cold shoulder? The Democrats aren't even waiting until Nov. 6 to throw the Wellstone sons overboard.
