Actually I wasn't planning on seeing this movie before but after hearing Jackson got upset because it was politically incorrect, I thought it might actually be worth seeing.

Well, I can't say I'll be rushing out to by the DVD when it comes out, but it was worth seeing once. There was a large black audience in the theater and they laughed the loudest at the attacks on Jackson.

My wife and I both saw the film and we both enjoyed it. Even without the anti-je$$e rant, it was still an entertaining, light comedy. With them, it was certainly worth it. We paid full fare to see it on the big screen, just to support those who would dare make such a film - something we decided to do after hearing the conniptions it sent je$$e and Al into.

Same here. BTW, someone told me they'd read an interview with Rosa Parks in which she indicated that her refusal to make room for a white person wasn't due to any desire to 'make a statement' beyond the fact that after a hard day's work she was too tired to do so. Not to accuse her of being lazy (since she shouldn't have had to move in the first place), but no reason to put her on a pedestal either.
