LOL and I suppose you can cite some state law that provides the penalties?

Another red herring. Many more, and you'll be able to start your own cannery:

Federal law contains "special protections for the rights of minority voters and guarantees that they can vote free from acts that intimidate or harass them," [Janet] Reno said on Thursday. "For example, actions of persons designed to interrupt or intimidate voters at polling places located in minority areas by questioning or challenging them, or by photographing or videotaping them, under the pretext that these are actions to uncover illegal voting may violate federal voting rights law and will not be tolerated." ==================

I guess in your strange little world of one, state law trumps federal law? (**snicker**)

In Maryland, the DemocRATs are defying the State Prosecutor (a DemocRAT) and the Attorney General (a DemocRAT) by paying "walking around money" in direct violation of the law in Maryland.

See the Baltimore Sun article from this morning:

They have been threatened with prosecution but will the State Prosecutor and the Attorney General follow through with their threats or are they just providing "cover"?
