Diogenesis, thank you for that sentence. There are too many places I have heard/read complaints about the "poor hostages who were killed by their rescuers". Apparently most media is intent on the 117 or so dead (45 of whom were shot) and not the 700 or so who were freed and are alive today!

that's been irking the hell out of me. the russians managed to save some 750 lives (last I heard, anyway) with a loss of 117 in an extremely difficult tactical scenario. 117/750 = 0.85 or 85% rate of redemption. Any HRT pro could tell you that that is impressive as hell. The media is proving with every item they broadcast that they are pro-islamicist anti-western PC idiots.
