Reminiscent of the Florida Flight training facility, supposedly owned and run by a Dutch guy named Dekkers with CIA connections, and apparantly financed by a heroin peddler. And that is a product that often comes from Afghanistan.

But wasn't there another less well-known camp offering such training for Jihidists from England? They'd hop a Virgin Atlantic cheapie flight over here, get the firearms training that couldn't legally be taken in Britain, then return home with a week or two of basic firearms familiarization under their belts, not real cost-effective, maybe, but low-key enough to suit their purposes, and a swell way to fire up the morale of those chosen for such things.
