We'd all like to know. Perhaps now that Chev Caprice has been identified as perpmobile, they've found security photos of it driving away immediately after a shooting, with Muhammed at the wheel and or Malvo emerging from trunk.

In an earlier WA Post article, a "friend" in Tacoma, WA, reported that Malvo's nickname was SNIPER.

For the last couple of days,Fox has been showing a video of Malvo being transferred from one facility to another. He looks to be about 30 in the video-I guess gunning down innocent people, ages you in a hurry.Muhammed has already been identified by the authorities in Antigua as running a phony birth certificate ring. The prosecutors better double check this murderer's age by bringing in a forensic dentist to check his teeth and a forensic radiologist to look at x rays of his long bones. He may already be over 18.

It could be something as simple as a surveillance camera catching Muhammad driving during that incident. If so, then Malvo was the one in the "sniper's nest" in the modified car trunk.

I'm with you. Verify this kid's birthdate (and that it's his birthdate not someone else's). The general talk is that he may escape the death penalty or maybe even a life sentence because he's a juvie. Remember, about two or three years ago, that fuss about a Little League player imported from Costa Rica who was considerably bigger and stronger than anybody else in Little League and it finally developed that he was really much older than the Little League limit but had been fronting his younger brother's birth certificate.
