I imagine it would stay "voluntary" much like we have to "voluntarily" pay our income taxes and file the paper work for it. Just wait 'til you see what happens if one "voluntarily" doesn't comply/submit to the chipping. I can already for-see how the on-line businesses would begin to use this...."You can use a credit card but it will take two weeks verification...to..."You must have a verifiaction chip in order to use our web site....no credit cards or checks accepted".

I just can't accept a society like this....even implantable chip technology can be hacked and programs deleted....even if Satan wasn't behind this particular version of technology..the loss to liberty is just too enormous.

Very well said. They will indeed use further marketing and propaganda of first convienence then 'you can't eat without it.' Heck, living off the land and going back to the basics may be what all of our society needs. Some are so selfish and spoiled with material goods and technology they would sell their soul for the latest, greatest SUV. or vacation.
