Good points, but I don't know just how much we can really trust Putin and Russia (in case something happens to him) with high-tech weapons. Trust is always hard. Putin was KGB before the collapse of the Soviet Union.
We must deal with him as he deals with us. He can prove himself trustwortby or not. So far, he has been a honest man.
