If CNN refers to the Al Queda inspired Islamist Terrorists one more time as "rebels" I will scream. Fox is doing the same thing, but at least Oliver North called them on it. You would think that the explosive belts and obsession with suicide murder would give it away, wouldn't you?

I am suprised the media does not refer to them as "Students." That is what they constantly referred to the Islamic terrorists who stormed our embassy in Iran as. They still call them "students" per that incident, even today.

"Tonight on Larry King! Three harmless pranksters who say Islam is misunderstood."

Very good point... Just rebels ... or hostage takers ...- I guess "terrorists" is a trademark of administration now...

You would think that the explosive belts and obsession with suicide murder would give it away, wouldn't you? Yes. The agenda-driven reporting by the leftist media is appalling. But the good news is, that their BS isn't selling, and their credibility continues to plummet to new depths. And, since the islamists are totally one-dimensional in their approach (socio-politically speaking), there will be more examples of their inhumanity in the future. The leftist media will be left appearing as the foolish partisans that they are.

If CNN refers to the Al Queda inspired Islamist Terrorists one more time as "rebels" I will scream. The Russian press (pravda.ru, for ecample) was complaining about exactly the same thing earlier today: the US is asking for cooperation against terrorism worldwide while ta the same time the US pres refers to the Chechens as "rebels".
