The images of terrorists killed are bit problematic for me. I dont see any head shots [default means body shots]. Body shots are lower and display less marksmanship as well as possibly muzzle discipline.

Plus....no reports of casualties [People shot during the whole event].

We'll see.

I don't know enough about their tactics. Low velocity hollows(as you said) would be effective in the torso kill zone and would not go thru and thru. The collateral damage would be prevented that way.
